Order Processing
Orders are prepared within one business day after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery costs $4 and usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery is available throughout accessible areas across Lebanon.
Same-Day Express Delivery
Same-day express delivery costs $7 and is available in selected areas, subject to courier availability and the time at which the order is confirmed. Our team will confirm eligibility before dispatch.
Free Standard Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on orders of $50 or more. Eligibility is calculated after discounts and does not include optional express-delivery charges.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Lebanon. Please provide an accurate telephone number and complete address, and ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon arrival.
Order Confirmation
A YallaCart representative may contact you by telephone or WhatsApp to verify your order and delivery information. Orders requiring confirmation will only be dispatched after the customer responds.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to traffic, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, regional access limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. YallaCart cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by incorrect telephone numbers, incomplete addresses, unreachable recipients, or inaccurate location information.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your delivery information needs to be corrected.
Package Inspection
Every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Please inspect the external condition of your package upon arrival and contact YallaCart promptly if you notice a visible delivery-related issue.
